Downtown Grocery Deli - Vineland

My nearly 2-year-old enjoys the rice and beans at this restaurant. If he's picky, that's the perfect dish to give him. The staff, especially the young ladies, are always very sweet and helpful. I love bringing my son here to eat and spend quality time together. We will definitely be coming back.

The restaurant has poor service and the food is left sitting out and not heated to the correct temperature. Some dishes are extremely salty and oily. The pinchos are hard and dried out, the flan is mediocre, and the macaroni salad is overly salty. There is no sense of organization at this restaurant. I recommend trying Orocoveña, La Favorita, or the International on Chestnut and Delsea instead.

Everything was absolutely delicious! Been going here since I was a kid. Still one of the greatest, if not the greatest, authentic Puerto Rican spots in all of Vineland.
