Eventually, he brought me a glass of water, and I asked about any specials, but he informed me there were none, along with another apology. I decided to order a southwest chicken salad. After about 20 minutes, my food arrived. It looked appealing, but the taste was just average—neither bad nor particularly good. Once I finished, I noticed that the plate was left with a lot of liquid on it, enough to fill two shot glasses. Who serves a soggy salad? The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, but the quality of the food was mediocre at best, and the service was slow. The one staff member I interacted with was polite and professional, but the dining room was clearly understaffed, which added to the issues. The prices were reasonable. I suspect that if it weren't for the large group of 20 people, the experience would have been much better. Despite the challenges, I might give this restaurant another chance the next time I'm in town for business.

Absolutely fantastic! We ordered the $23 ribeye, and it was incredible. The potato chips with buffalo seasoning were delicious—both the original and the super spicy ones, though they weren't too hot. It’s clear that this is a popular spot for the older crowd, which is a great sign of good quality and consistency in the restaurant. We also tried bull testicles for the first time—my husband struggled a bit to wrap his head around what they are, but I actually liked them! Can't quite put my finger on what they remind me of, though...

The flat iron steak is reason enough to visit Kansas. While the salad was average and the sides somewhat ordinary, the steak was simply exceptional. It's one of the best I've ever tasted and definitely the best for the price. Make sure to stop by—you won’t regret it.

The service was great, and the food was amazing. They had great music and, coming from a city boy, better than any meat we have in LA. Definitely would come back!

A wonderful surprise while traveling, they had all my favorite Country Fried Steak, sweet potatoes fries, onion rings, gizzard and waffle fries. Had all of them good price great food and good service.
