Sonic Drive-in - Wamego

So I order my food right..... made sure I was specific. I DIDN'T EVEN GET ALL OF IT! I DROPPED ALMOST 70 DOLLARS CASH AND YOU CANT GIVE ME ALL MY FOOD! STAFF WAS FRIENDLY BUT APPARENTLY IM FEEDING EVERYONE! I'm so mad I can't even..... grrrrrr!

No one in town likes this place. Thier food sucks. They never cook it completely. They have turn over like there’s no tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager after the guy said he was “learning” after I told him multiple times what I wanted clearly and he couldn’t comprehend (that should tell you how they can’t keep people) and he refused service trying to tell me how he “was” the manager. This place should honestly be shut down. This is why they made a sonic out on the highway even though there is one in town. Everyone will drive to the other just so they don’t have to go to this cockroach infested place.

Ordered a Reece’s Sonic Blast with an emphasis on how much I wanted extra in it. They double charged me for the extra toppings, which was fine until I saw how little they gave. Next time, please be willing to charge me for the 10 scoops I requested and provide the extra.

I went there on Sept 7. First my speaker wasn't working I moved to a different one. I pushed the red button and no one answered. I then looked up their phone number. Lady said the were too busy to take my order. I asked her how long a wait I would have until I could order. She said she didn't know and I could go somewhere else. I am so mad. They need to close this sonic and start over.
