Giovanni's Pizza - Wappingers Falls

Nothing was appetizing about our meals. The beef patties were hard, burnt, and smelly. The pasta tasted like nursing home food. The chicken smelled like rotten eggs. The baby did love the the ketchup that came with the order. The bread was even half hard. Will not be ordering again.

Fantastic food and service! There was a mistake with the delivery from a third-party service, but Giovanni went out of his way to make sure we got our meal. The staff not only handled an issue that wasn't their fault, but the sandwiches we ordered were also incredible. Thank you, Giovanni's!

Their pizza is fantastic, regardless of the type, and everything else on the menu—soups, homemade pasta, and hot or cold heroes—is absolutely delicious. Plus, the family that runs the restaurant is incredibly kind, and you can really tell that they put love into their food and genuinely want you to enjoy your meal. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I had a voucher for a large cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, and garlic knots. The bottom of the voucher mentioned that they could add surcharges for additional toppings, so I decided to add three. However, they sent me a plain cheese pizza instead. When I reached out to them about it, they claimed that I had not added the toppings in the correct place, even though it was clearly stated on the voucher. Confusing, right? They also told me I wasn't allowed to add toppings, despite what the voucher said. To top it off, they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Overall, this place was frustrating and disappointing.
