The Popeyes location in Waterdown is top-notch! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service is fast and friendly. This place never disappoints.

Around 4 and only one girl worked. it took a long time to order the food, but she did everything. Communicate it would be about 5 minutes to make my order after it was placed (what was no problem.) fries were fresh. Spicy stations were good. this place has to rent some more employees and give this staff a paid holiday.

A delicate combi and a chicken sandwich combo. none of them came with cookies, as they should, and the hawn didn't taste right at all, I wonder honestly if it was cooked properly. friendly service, I give them that, but terrible eating.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disgusted with the quality of food preparation at this restaurant. Last week, we ordered a 12-piece meal with several sides and were very disappointed. The chicken had a strong fish smell and tasted like shrimp, indicating that they were using the same oil for both. Additionally, the fries were tough and stale, further adding to the disappointment. I considered returning the food, but I was not confident that a replacement would be any better. This experience truly ruined my meal. I wish there was a 0-star rating that I could give.
