The chicken is fresh, but it lacks spiciness. The portion of mashed potatoes is quite disappointing; I would expect 2-3 scoops for a large order, but the flavor is excellent. The pineapple quencher is delightful, as always. If the chicken had more spice and there was a larger serving of mashed potatoes, I would definitely give this a 5-star review.

The fries were stale, cold, and hard. The chicken lacked flavor, and I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the gravy.

The service was exceptional. I made a large order, and the supervisor was very helpful in ensuring that everything was taken care of.

I wish I could give this place a zero rating. The staff here seems completely clueless. I waited 15 minutes just for a serving of French fries, and they completely messed up my order, serving people who arrived after me instead. They really need some training on how to stay organized and improve their service. The worst part is that no one even seemed to care.
