I had never been to this location prior to today, but I've always liked Montana's menu. The hostess was welcoming and courteous, and our server, Zach, was excellent. He had really positive energy and made sure to check on us at the perfect intervals—not too frequently, but just enough. The food was delicious, and I would certainly return here again.

This is a fantastic place for grilled items and burgers. The service is exceptional. I highly recommend it!

It took a long time for our two draft beers to arrive, and after that, we decided to order an appetizer. Given how long it was taking, I thought it made sense to order our main courses as well. That turned out to be a mistake. We waited for what felt like half an hour without seeing our server or our appetizer. By that point, we were nearing the end of our beers with no offer for a refill or any sign of our appetizer. It felt like our server had vanished. Suddenly, he reappeared with our main dishes but forgot to bring any cutlery. When I reminded him about the appetizer, he seemed flustered and quickly left. We were left wondering if he would fetch us some cutlery, but that didn’t happen. I eventually went up to the reception desk and asked for cutlery, as well as to cancel the appetizer. They obliged, but it felt like our server had completely abandoned us after that. We decided to pay through the app since our server was nowhere to be found, and we were quite clear that we didn’t want to tip him given the service. To our surprise, the app automatically added a 15% tip. That was really uncalled for. The food itself was mediocre, and my wife received the wrong dish, but at that point, we just wanted to eat and leave. I can only assume this young server was either very inexperienced or lacked proper training. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that has made me think twice about visiting any other Montanas in the future.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and I've seen significant improvements over the past few years. I really enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich, and previously, I had tried the combo of pork ribs and wings, both of which were tender and flavorful. However, on this visit, the pulled pork was a bit chewy, and some parts weren’t as tender as I remembered. I also ordered the Angus burger, which was wonderfully rich and buttery. I opted for the lunch trio that included the chicken club, which was a perfect portion for my senior parent. I wasn’t a fan of the soup, so I chose a larger salad instead. When it comes to vegetarian options, there was only one burger available.

Shannon was amazing. I ordered a medium steak, but it came out well done. She quickly took care of the problem and brought me a medium steak instead. Not only did she replace the steak, but she also replaced the entire meal.
