This is a ghost kitchen operated by Philthy Philly's 960 Southdown Rd, Unit C12. Search for the business and the only results are food delivery services. They don't have a website, email, or phone. On my one visit to the names business at this location, the door to the ladies washroom was propped open as three employees worked on the toilet paper dispenser without gloves. They each returned to the food line, without washing their hands. Rather than address the lack of hygiene, they became upset with me because I was upset with what I'd just witnessed. I do not trust the health protocols practiced by the staff at this location.

I had a pleasant experience ordering from Mr. Jack's through Skip The Dishes for the first time. I enjoyed my meal, which consisted of a medium poutine, a Buffalo ranch wrap, and a vitamin water. However, I found the price a bit steep; I ended up spending $24.00 after tax for a chicken wrap combo that included drink and fry upgrades. That said, I ordered quite late at night and really appreciated their service. I see it as paying for convenience and comfort, and they certainly delivered. Overall, the food was good, especially the vegan gravy poutine. Would I order again? Probably!

This restaurant, which is really just the kitchen for Philthy Phillies, is extremely difficult to contact. They clearly have some issues, as they completely forgot my drink, which is a minor mistake but still frustrating. After spending over $30 on an Uber Eats delivery, it’s really disappointing not to have a soda to enjoy with my meal. The burger experience just isn’t the same without it. When I spoke to someone on the line, they mentioned that they would need to check the cameras and suggested that maybe I could get a free drink next time. Seriously? I’m thirsty now, not looking for a future freebie. I'm really frustrated with this place and their poor customer service. From what I’ve seen in other reviews, it seems they may not prioritize cleanliness either. Unbelievable.

Terrible food and terrible service. I ordered through Skip the Dishes, and only part of my order arrived, and what I did receive was disappointing. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience was so poor that I felt I had to share my thoughts this time.
