Starbucks - West Covina

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant in the past, which made me wary of returning. However, after needing a coffee and realizing it had been nearly a year since that incident, I decided to give it another try. To my delight, the staff was incredibly accommodating. One barista, in particular, was exceptionally friendly; she found my quirky mask amusing and said how cute it was. She even told me I made her day, which truly lifted my spirits and brightened my mood! Unfortunately, I’m not very good with names, but I believe her name was Rosa? I really hope to see her again because I will definitely come back. Starbucks/Target, if you can identify the barista I’m talking about, please consider giving her a promotion! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, especially since people in California can sometimes be less than friendly. It’s always a pleasure to meet someone so kind and helpful!

Johnny evaluated the car I was selling for my buyer. The service was prompt, and he was extremely friendly. Although the bathroom and waiting area could use some updates, it's still a good place overall!

The restaurant is currently closed, but it's for a good cause—to help safeguard our community. Thank you for your commitment. I look forward to returning to normal life soon.
