Hot Oven Pizza - West Jordan

Did a 26 order? Pizza and was handed over 2 14? Pizzas instead. You may have thought that this was a suitable solution, but there is much less pizza. No one bothered to explain why they would change my order. If they had done that, I would have had more understanding and changed what I ordered. Pizza was just generic with lots of cheese.

The website isn’t working, and they don’t answer my calls. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Hot Oven Pizza. It’s worth spending a little extra to go with Big Daddy instead.

I ordered from GrubHub and received one of the most embarrassing pizzas I've ever encountered. The chicken was as dry as sand, and the pizza itself looked like it had been put together by a toddler. The dough was hard and lacked any flavor, while the crust was simply disheartening. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place; choose another restaurant instead. This pizza was far from mediocre—it barely even qualified as food.

If you want a thinner crust pizza, I wouldn't recommend this place. Otherwise it's a good choice, it has relatively good prices compared to other local places. I placed an order over the phone for a 14 pizza to share with my bf and we chose the orange chicken pizza. We got it and took it home and it was not acceptable. It was wayy too runny, it just had too much sauce. We called to complain and the person on the line seemed understanding, he was willing to remake the pizza with less sauce at no additional charge. I came to pick it up and it was MUCH better than the first time. Rather than falling apart each slice stayed intact and could be eaten. Even though I was initially disappointed, I feel like the experience was worth the money.

Best pizza I ever had it. I have ordered from here several times and never had a problem, they have great customer service and great food. I love that they are late open! I recommend Hot Oven Pizza to everyone I know
