Vaka Burger Whittier

Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. However, while the owner was promoting the restaurant on live television, it would have been nice to see some transparency regarding the menu options. Many of us were looking forward to trying the famous LAUSD coffee cake, which is why I didn't give a perfect five-star rating.

This charming restaurant offers a wide selection of unique hamburgers, specialty fries, and distinctive sodas, along with a menu for kids. I was pleased to discover a family-friendly environment, including a high chair for my toddler. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations.

The staff were excellent, and the only downside was that the air conditioning seemed to be out, making the room a bit warm. I’m sure that will be fixed soon. They also mentioned a new location opening in Irvine, though I didn’t catch when. Overall, the burgers were fantastic, and I will definitely be back!

I have never had a burger like this. The menu is chef inspired, while each and every item on the menu is made with the taste buds in mind. The tone of the place is very upbeat and loose. The quality of meat is outstanding and juicy. This place has something for everyone.
