Shanghai Bistro Shàng Hǎi Xiǎo Guǎn

The standout item on the menu for me is the dim sum. They are freshly made in-house by a very friendly staff. We tried the steamed vegetarian mushroom dumplings and the shrimp har gow. My mother and I liked this place so much that we went back two days in a row to sample more dishes. The main courses are quite generous in size, so be ready to take some leftovers home. We especially enjoyed the garlic green beans paired with the chili oil they provided on the side.

EXCELLENT FOOD! The service was quite friendly, and the meals were served hot and fresh. You can really tell that everything is homemade. I will definitely return!

This restaurant consistently impresses! The food is amazing and fairly priced. You’ll definitely have enough to share for two. I particularly loved the salmon teriyaki with rice. Our total came to around $63.05, which included two chicken donburi, one salmon teriyaki, and crab dumplings.

The food was absolutely delightful! I had the chance to experience authentic Chinese cuisine for the first time, and it was fantastic. The flavors were exceptional, and the presentation was tidy and elegant. The staff was incredibly friendly, contributing to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. I especially loved the chicken; it was perfectly cooked and crispy.

Every plate was licked clean—I couldn't bear to leave a single bite behind! I’ve definitely found a new favorite spot to visit every few weeks, and I’m already excited about what to try next. I feel a bit guilty for raving, but this place truly deserves it. I just visited on November 29th!
