Unfortunately, this Olive Garden didn’t meet my expectations. The service was lacking, and the front staff wasn't very welcoming. The food also didn't taste as good as I hoped it would...

I used the app to get on the waiting list, which estimated a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. However, upon arrival, I discovered the wait was actually over an hour. Interestingly, half of the tables were empty, and the hostesses explained that the app was not accurate.

We had a fantastic experience at the Olive Garden in Winston Salem. We went for an early dinner, and everything was just perfect! The service was excellent, and the food was amazing! The culinary journey through Italy surpassed our expectations! Well done to this location. It’s impressive to see how much they’ve improved compared to our past experiences, which were not great at all!

Had an amazing experience with a party of five. The children enjoyed spaghetti and Alfredo. This time I enjoyed the things Shells, but usually I get the shrimp scampi or the tour of italy. I'd literally show up late and order someone from the menu. Very recommended and will soon be enough again
