Apparently, it's their new business practice to sell you a product, but not give it to you. Then instead of having in-house delivery guys that can rectify your order if something is wrong, instead they use Door Dash. But because you didn't specifically order through Door Dash, you have no recourse through their app to get a refund on missing items. And to top it off, they would NOT answer a damned phone even after a solid half hour of back to back calls.This is for the location at 721 3rd St SW, Winter Haven, FLSo enjoy that $7 that you screwed me out of last night. Spend it well. Because you'll never see another dime from me. And Pizza Hut as a whole. Because until corporate steps in and gets this nonsense handled, you can be rest assured this will continue to happen at branches across the nation.
