Great fish done just right ,nicely battered. Chips were great and the homemade Tartar sauce and salad was very nice ,very fair. Staff ,very friendly fair pricing looks like we found our go to place for fish and chips.This place has been a fish and chip restaurant/takeout since 1929 ask the owner about that story ,if there's time it's an amazing history gem.Kid-friendliness: Of course the little ones can dine as well

Got turned away on good Friday, super disappointing. The goal to satisfy new customers is 1 out of 10. Nothing online warning of this. Talked to owner and she was not willing to make an accepting... drove 44 mins for dinner. No indication listed regarding pre orders for good Friday days in advance. Be aware..

I just picked up the 2 piece pollock and it’s so tasty ! Love your batter, portions are good size, French fries are great, oh and I LOVE the coleslaw! Thank you!!

We recently went to Mel's. We ordered the special and everything was fresh and delicious. Prices have risen a small amount because of the costs keep going up. However, we enjoyed the one piece fish and chips for $32.00.
