However, they still overlooked our order and messed up our simple sandwiches. They claimed to have refunded my money, but that doesn't really help. If it were my business, I would be embarrassed and frustrated that these employees made it seem like I couldn't run a simple sandwich shop. Thanks for ruining our experience at Jimmy John's.
I requested a tip refund (which I did not authorize) and a partial credit for my order because I didn't receive all the items and some were incorrect. Three months later, this issue remains unresolved. I've received promises of loans and refunds, but none have actually materialized. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
Shoutout to Daniel, who was left behind to work lunch, rushed all alone and did it with a smile on his face. 12 tickets on the line, with mobile orders, phone orders and go in every two minutes. Give him a promotion!
I am good place but tonight was the wrost I ordered food 45 mins before they closed but when they were closed my food did not come in called the a few times and did not answer so the robbed me
Waited nearly 20 minutes for curbside with no other customers present. I eventually had to go inside where my order was sitting on the pickup shelf completely ignored despite being clearly labeled curbside. The sandwich didn’t taste very good and I wonder how long it had sat there.I don’t blame the employee. I 100% get being understaffed. I used to work in the service industry and did so throughout COVID. I’m totally willing to overlook most mistakes and to go inside to get my order, but its appreciated to let people know curbside isn’t an option so we don’t waste 20 minutes and get a soggy sandwich.
