The service was slow, even though there were only a handful of customers. The Christmas music was excessively loud and started way too early in the season, which was quite irritating.

The drive-thru is very slow, so don't come here if you're looking for a quick meal. I waited 30 minutes with only five cars ahead of me, and this seems to happen all the time. I even tried going inside to see if it would be faster, but that was not the case either. There was just one person in front of me and it still took 15 minutes.

The ice cream I receive is consistently melted when they hand it to me. For instance, I ordered an Oreo Blizzard and ended up pouring out a quarter of it because it was completely liquid. I never experience this problem at other places, only here. Additionally, the employees are often rude, as if they don't care about their customers. I won't be returning; instead, I'll drive across town to Dave's Twisty Treats.

At the drive through I ordered a single cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake. I got what I ordered. Took it home, less than 3 miles. Started eating and boy was I disappointed in the food. The shake was fine. The burger was over cooked with the bun notfresh. Really tasteless. The fries were cold. I mean very cold. I threw out some of the burger and fries. I won?t be gettingtakeout food again. I?ve eaten inside for the same items and they were fine. I may not be back for food but definitely forblizzards.

The food was amazing the customer service was outstanding I don't think I really have ever had a problem with dairy Queen every time I visit you notice that the team is working together and that's what makes the experience so much better
