Klabautermann - Zingst

It was average in comparison to the other local restaurants in the area but still ok. We had a friendly and helpful waiter that served us. We were seated at a bench and there were decorations behind the bench with ships and bits and pieces. We had a 3, 11 & 13 year old with us, and of course, toy looking decorations are attractive to kids. (Actually just to my 3 year old) this woman comes running out from behind bar/kitchen telling my 3 years old off for touching the ship and then told us off for letting our child touch it & that it was expensive. So, they lost points from me for inappropriate reaction to customers, could have handled it better. If it was expensive, keep it out of reach.

We went here for dinner and the location is somehow uncomfy. But the food was good (we had salmon and plaice). However, next time we'd rather go somewhere else.

We ate there 2x. for the first time a young, very nice German woman was responsible for us. because she was very friendly and that was delicious, we wanted to go to dinner again. but for the second time it was the opposite, we were already baptized to the demand for three free places, we should put ourselves on the other side to the snake, we have. when no more men stood before us, we dared to ask ourselves for free places, the German female service replied in a very naked ton that her colleague is responsible for it. then a German waitress came and snuck at us, we should not stand here, but there is a step further backwards. then finally came the colleague who was responsible for the placement, and then said, even a little more than annoyed that in the outside area nothing is only inside free. we just wanted to eat. he instructed us a table in the restaurant and paved us that we only get to the restaurant with masks, but we always had our masks. in the table we were served by a young man from the country very friendly and accommodating.

The older staff is unfriendly and they feel a certain arrogance towards the holidaymakers. the young hired are okay. nothing of filet. once and never again.

A friendly service team, eating was good that we were always there. to the happiness we were too foot, I think that is so central that it is difficult to reach with the car or to lead a piece! or what in zingst is the most convenient with the bike!
