His culinary background includes an apprenticeship in Germany and experience in some of the finest kitchens around the world, including those in Switzerland, Australia, and Canada. The menu features European cuisine with an emphasis on local ingredients. I tried the chef's chicken special, which was stuffed with brie and maple-smoked bacon in celebration of Canada 150, and it was delightful! I also chose a half portion of traditional German spaetzle and roasted potatoes, thanks to our server's excellent recommendation. The highlight of the meal was the red cabbage, which had just the right amount of sweetness to enhance its flavor. My dining companion ordered the same sides but opted for the pork schnitzel. I took a bite and found it to be tender and juicy.
Our dream wedding became a reality at this venue! We returned two years later to experience the Mongolian Grill Night, and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was exceptional!
