This restaurant is fantastic, offering incredibly fresh and flavorful food along with excellent service. The atmosphere is intimate, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We also really enjoy their brunch menu!

A hidden gem that's a must-visit! The prices are very reasonable, and it's cash only. The food is consistently good. Be warned, Grandma's hot sauce is incredibly spicy—it's a real five-alarm fire!

This is still my favorite spot for tortas! I used to work at the Home Depot just down the street, so I often ordered tortas for my coworkers and myself. After moving back to Carson, I decided to stop by and see if they still serve Mexican food inside the liquor store (Mundo's). Yep, the same owner is still making the food and he looks just the same (I hope I age as gracefully!). I bought four carne asada tortas, and once we got home, everyone devoured them—next time, I think we’ll order extras! The place isn’t the most visually appealing, but I wasn’t planning to eat there anyway; just order to go and enjoy your torta or taco at home or even in your car. I’ll definitely be returning for more!
