Rice String Noodle Shack - Cerritos

I had an excellent experience with friendly service from several staff members, and the food was truly delicious. I can't wait to return! I tried the rice porridge with tilapia and the #17 noodle bowl, which came with the broth on the side.

Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious and brought back memories of my mom's cooking. I wish we could have ordered more to try the other dishes. I'm really impressed with this restaurant and would definitely come back!

I visited this place for the first time today, and it was fantastic! Tina did an amazing job of keeping me updated and patiently answered all my beginner questions. I will definitely be coming back soon. I had a huge bowl of the Mo's Special, and it was incredibly good. All of that for just $13, which included a Jasmine iced tea!

This is one of my favorite Cambodian restaurants so far. I usually enjoy seeking out mom-and-pop spots for Asian cuisine, but this place has truly won my heart. The interior is modern and clean, which might lead you to think it’s an Asian fusion restaurant, but it’s firmly a legitimate Cambodian eatery! My favorite dish is the lort cha with beef; the noodles are fresh and the beef is tender, plus the portion sizes are very generous. The cha quai is also fresh and has a wonderfully soft texture inside—it’s perfect. The Phnom Penh house special is amazing, too; I ordered it with wide rice noodles. I absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return!

The food was enjoyable and the prices were reasonable. They offer a nice variety of Cambodian dishes that go beyond just noodles, and the flavors are truly authentic (I lived in Cambodia for two years). Parking is fairly good, and I appreciated seeing the bamboo growing alongside the building. During my visit, customers entered through the side entrance. The customer service was excellent; I ordered takeout and the young man there was very helpful, with my order being ready in just 15 minutes. I would definitely come back again.
