The food was just okay, except for the zucchini casserole, which was actually quite good. Both times I visited, they forgot part of my order, and getting it rectified was a hassle. The prices are outrageous for the portion sizes, and on both occasions, it took more than 35 minutes to receive just two meals. Since the food is supposed to be pre-prepared, I'm not sure why it takes so long to assemble. On this last visit, there was only one person ahead of us, yet it still took ages to get our ribs and brisket. I hoped my first experience was an anomaly, but sadly, it wasn't. Even if the customer service and speed improved, the prices and overall quality wouldn’t justify it. The ribs were not good at all, and the food did not meet my expectations. I strongly recommend looking for a different BBQ place to get your meal.

Wow! This was fantastic! I ordered the rib dinner with two sides—yams and greens. I stopped by my mom's house to share it with her since she had never been here before. The ribs were outstanding, and we both agreed that the sauce wasn’t even necessary. It’s served on the side, and it's good by the way. I called in my order, so I can’t comment on the wait time, but it was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly when I picked it up. The only thing preventing me from giving a full 5 stars is the size of the sides. As many others have mentioned, they are quite small—probably about half the portion you’d get at similar restaurants. Nevertheless, RC's won me over as a returning customer. I can't wait to try some of the other entrees!
