Firehouse Subs Collinsville Centre

I eat here around three times a week during my lunch break, and they consistently deliver my orders promptly. The staff is respectful, and the sandwiches are fantastic. I'm very impressed!

I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich I ordered. My only concern was that the prices were somewhat elevated, but considering the current economic situation, it's understandable. While it wasn’t the best sandwich I’ve ever had, it was certainly good enough for me to consider coming back. The service was outstanding, and I have no complaints on that front. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is probably one of the best chain restaurants in Collinsville. The food is always served hot and prepared properly, the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, the dining area is well-kept, and the variety of flavors at the soda bar is outstanding. Thank you!

The payment feature on the app wasn’t working properly, so I tried calling the restaurant three times but got no answer. When I finally arrived, I saw two staff members inside who appeared to be completely uninterested in the customers. At that point, I lost all motivation to pick up my food, as it felt like I was just wasting my time.
