East Borough - Costa Mesa

East Borough is a charming Vietnamese restaurant that specializes in Banh Mi sandwiches and rice bowls with an American twist. Located in The Camp plaza in Costa Mesa, OC, I recently visited for lunch. The outdoor patio and indoor seating areas had a laid-back vibe, although seating was limited. I was greeted by a friendly female staff member and enjoyed browsing their menu. I decided on a chicken rice bowl with bok choy, a hard boiled egg, jasmine rice, and citrus vinaigrette, accompanied by jasmine green tea. The food was delicious and flavorful, and the drink was refreshing with citrus notes. The service was excellent, with professional staff and affordable prices. They also offer free Wi-Fi and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend East Borough.

I loved this restaurant near the OC airport. It is a great, modern collection of shops and eateries. The food was excellent, with all homemade ingredients including the fish sauces. They also have vegetarian options available.

My beef vermicelli was really good, the portion was big. It’s missing the authentic flavor but still very good. I would come back here again.

I love their vermicelli noodle salads. Food is always fresh and tasty and service is quick and friendly.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! I have dined here multiple times and every dish has been delicious. Whenever I am in the area, I make sure to stop by for a meal. The photo attached is of their mouthwatering chicken curry.
