Coconuts is one of my favorite spots for lunch or dinner. The food is incredibly fresh and truly makes me feel like I’m back in Maui! My go-to dish is the fish taco salad; it’s light yet satisfying, leaving me feeling great about my meal. I also enjoy the macadamia-crusted mahi-mahi and the fish and chips! I can’t stop recommending this place to everyone I know. Occasionally, they even have a shave ice truck parked right outside! I absolutely love Coconuts! Just a tip—try not to crave it on a Monday because they're closed! Haha!
