Trendz Gastro Pub - Dartmouth

I visited this restaurant tonight and ordered the strip loin. While it was delicious and beautifully presented, the small portions of vegetables that came with it seemed undercooked. The restaurant was also quite chilly, which I found unpleasant. Additionally, it took a while for our food to arrive, although I appreciated that our large group received our meals at the same time. However, I found the prices to be on the high side—$30 for a steak and poorly cooked vegetables, and $12 for a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon that tasted more like cheap house wine—definitely not worth the cost for me.

The lobster poutine was absolutely perfect! Everyone in our group of ten enjoyed their meals, but mine—the lobster poutine—was truly exceptional! The chef clearly knows how to use fresh ingredients, expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. It was a remarkable experience for us, as we appreciate good food. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive, and the selection of wines was fantastic. What more can I say? If you're fortunate enough to be in the area, you should definitely visit this restaurant!

This may just be the most remarkable hotel restaurant I've encountered (and I visited as a non-hotel guest, by the way). The bacon Chipotle burger I ordered was excellent, definitely on par with many other gourmet burgers in the city. They also have a variety of unique dishes on the menu. The fries were seasoned to perfection, and the cheesecake I tasted was quite exceptional! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that there is some room for improvement in the quality of the beef and the cheesecake. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, and I will certainly return!

Two words: food coma! When the menu says "for the table," they really mean it. The portions were enormous and packed with flavor. The prices are fantastic for the amount of food you receive. The servers were exceptional, not just with us but with all the other tables as well. They were friendly and attentive, and the takeout containers were plentiful. It was a perfect way to kick off our sister getaway!

I visited Trendz Café several times during my stay at the Best Western. It’s a very relaxing restaurant with a friendly waitress and a menu full of diverse options. I particularly enjoyed the pulled pork bao buns!
