The staff helping us tonight was so nice and when we told him that we drove further away to come here he told us it is worth it! Surely enough our louk donuts we're delicious. Very fluffy and fresh..we got the recommended dulce de leche, the classic and the funky.
Last Sunday after I had dinner at Pita gr., I went to Louks Greek Baby Donuts. Among several items I purchased was a can of Nescafé Frappe coffee. When I came home I realized that the can was opened and used half empty). I paid $13 plus tax for the can of coffee. I called the store the same evening. I spoke to Sam who served us. He took my name and phone number to convey the message and mistake to the owner. No response. The next day I called the place again. I spoke to a lady she said she is not authorized to give her name) and she promised she would talk to the owner. No one called me back. I also called Pita gr two times to speak to the owner same owner). Instead, I spoke to Gina. Today i spoke twice to Sarah. My assumption by now is that either the above people never gave the message to the owner or if they did, the owner chose to ignore. Unfortunately I live in Redondo Beach 40 min drive) and it’s not feasible to just return to the store. Greatly disappointed.…………….over a week later from original purchase) and still no credit back to my credit card for the opened and half empty/used can of Nescafé Frappe coffee as stated in the store reply despite other credits from other stores appearing on my card) ?

When we entered the shop, there were no other customers, yet she retreated to the back as if she were busy. When she finally came out, we approached her, but instead of acknowledging us, she ignored our presence and walked straight to the register. Her reluctance to assist us was evident, as was her dismissive attitude. As newcomers, we had questions about the menu, but her responses felt condescending; she simply pointed toward the menu on the wall, making us feel as though we had to plead for her attention. Overall, her behavior was unacceptable, and I believe she needs to be replaced before her attitude drives away more patrons.
The vegan louks were absolutely delicious, topped with a variety of vegan options! Thank you!
