Penny's Diner - DUNSMUIR

The food at this restaurant was excellent. We ordered the Western burger with tater tots and the Reuben with onion rings, both of which were fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself was very clean and our waitress was very kind with a good sense of humor. In addition, they also offer fresh cinnamon rolls and brownies.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious - my partner and I have been dining here all week! I love it! The prices are reasonable, the bathrooms are clean, and there is plenty of free parking available.

The restaurant is very conveniently situated next to Highway 5. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is great. The food is delicious.

This place is a total gem open 24 hours. I added country gravy to their loaded hash browns and I added a pancake. It was amazing. All around great night. The waitress and cook were super cool.

Wanted to love this place. Cute setup, beautiful setting, convenient location everything you want in a roadside diner. The food was average all the usual suspects on the menu, prepared as they should be. Nothing special. But nothing to complain about either. Unfortunately, the staff really killed it for us. There were 3 people working, 3 customers dining. But the sound level in the place was unbearable due to the cooks server shouting at each other over the sound of the kitchen hood. They were standing at opposite ends of the kitchen and trying to talk to each other. Not about orders, just chit chat. But they were so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation in our booth. We ate our meal quickly and left with a headache. What a shame.
