Evans Fish And Chips - Flagstaff

CALL BEFORE GOING.Drove up to Flagstaff from Tucson especially to eat here. According to the Internet shop was open. Got there at 6pm on march 12th. Shop sign on door said hours were 11am to 9pm mon to fri. Shorter hours on the weekend. Shop was closed lights out. Went back the next day at noon. Same thing shop was still not open during the hours posted as open. And no additional notes to explain the closure. This was a very disappointing experience and huge waste of time. Will not bother trying again.

Great food, just don 't go here looking for something healthy . Just good fish and chips with all the oily goodness!

One the one hand I found not one but two hairs in my food. One in my fish, one in my sauce. When I got home I immediately had diarrhea coming out of me with the force of a rocket.One the other hand the food tasted so good it was worth it. 10/10 would eat it again.

I was told it was the best cod chips in Flagstaff. The fried cod was bland no taste, and the chips/fries were soggy terrible. IMO, they were cooking in day old grease. I was given a cup of ketchup it was spoiled/awful. 'Cap 'N D 's ' or 'Red Lobster ' is better period. Evan 's inside eating arrangement is dismal at best; they have 4 outside tables located in a dusty ally. Don 't waste ye $20. Go to 'Del Taco ', or the soon to open 'In N Out Burger '. You can thank me later.C

Loved this place! server was real chill and had great music taste!! loved the vibe and of course the food was amazing!! def will come back if i’m ever in flagstaff again :
