Great place. Very friendly and efficient. Sandwiches were oh so tasty! Just what we needed to start off our stay in Flagstaff?

Excellent fresh food, and piled high. Excellent customer service. My sandwich was toasted as requested, and the roll scraped in the center for less bread. This is to my liking. Very clean restaurant. This location highly recommended.Parking: Plenty of spots despite the other eatery options.

I have a gluten issue and I love the new-ish bowl option! It's really good and I prefer it to the gluten free bread for lower carbs. They wipe down the meat slicer and the surfaces and haven't had a problem. The care and time that I saw Dakota take to make sure it was clean was very impressive. Means a lot to me as their customer. I order ahead and pick it up at the door. Only had to wait once when they were busy.

1 star for service. 4 for food. Walked in and the dude looked like he hated life. Changed mind on a sandwich, which I know can be annoying, but straight threw the bread and his face was definitely not happy . Kept trying to ask what else we wanted, but there was a shop vac being used so we couldn 't hear anything he was saying. Continued to speak in a monotone voice and would get more exasperated with each question. A couple came in, and the chick behind the counter was trying to tell the person how to open the handle cause it sticks, then literally said, Well she was stupid Just f ing rude. Get a different job that doesn 't deal with other humans if you are so miserable or feel above we tone else.

Horrific service-completely unprofessional behavior by the 4 kids “working”. It took three minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence and another three minutes to decide who was going to take our order. Then an argument in front of us hollering about who was told what job to do . Ten minutes later sandwich finally handed over. Five minutes of eating and not a single employee in the store. Classy joint-no wonder the websites says the most important thing is good ingredients cause it sure ain’t their employees!
