Mcdonald's Restaurants - Goderich

Fry’s were cold and not salted. Burgers were uncooked. Service was not that good. they took our food and left it on the counter for about 3 minutes not under the heat lamp. Tried calling 7 times and they don’t answer.

I just wish they cater more to celiacs for it being a very serious for some and very popular choice for some to go gluten free.

Have only had negative experiences at this location. however, today was the worst. the person taking orders was nothing but rude and rushed us through our order, only to mess it up at the window. we had asked them multiple times if they had gotten the correct order, to which they reassured us it was correct. when we get to the second window, we were only given one burger (when asked for 2 meals) and two large fries. we then had to pay for the burger that was missed and proceeded to wait for it for another 20 minutes. when i went in, the workers inside of the store were rude and seemed bothered to help. this location needs to hire someone who is actually competent enough to take orders throughly and not argue with their customers when the order is wrong.

Missing food items and wrong items in drive thru.. even after asking at window face to face . This is about the forth time has happened to me at this location in 3 months.Staff is friendly, but seem to rather just give you items to push you through the line an care less of if you order was accurately given to you.

Goderich McDonald’s has one of the NICEST drive-through ladies ever! She works the day shift and calls everyone “hun” and is such a pleasant person. She brightens everyone’s day! This lady deserves the biggest raise!
