She focused on all the negative aspects of the restaurant instead of the positive ones. It seems like she may not enjoy working after 9 pm, but there is no excuse for her rude behavior towards customers. It is unacceptable for customers to be treated with such disrespect. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
