Samantha's Pupusas - Hillsborough

This restaurant offers the best authentic food in town. Everything is incredibly fresh and packed with flavor, unlike the red and brown sauces often found at other Hispanic restaurants that claim to be authentic. While I can't pronounce all the menu items, I absolutely love the three tacos plate. The homemade desserts are fantastic as well. Don't let the restaurant's appearance fool you; the food is exceptional and the quality is outstanding for the price.

Oh. My. God. As a New Yorker vacationing in North Carolina, this was the highlight of my trip. If I lived anywhere within an hour radius of this place I would go every single day. This place may solely convince me to move closer. This is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in months, maybe years. I cannot express how badly you need to eat here if you have the opportunity. Absolutely outstanding! Samantha, you are a shining star

This place is legit AF no cap. I don't give out 5 stars easily but this is well deserved. Truly authentic food. Hand made to order papusas. Hard to find items like huitlacoche. And an incredible selection of cakes.Food: 5/5
