We stopped at this restaurant during a little road trip, and we should have turned back as soon as they told us they were out of menus. To make matters worse, they didn’t have any coffee cups available. It took an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, the bacon and hash browns were burnt. The person who substituted eggs for bacon received a strange variation of pancakes—just one piece of burnt bacon and no eggs at all. I didn’t even order hash browns, but I wasn't going to wait any longer for the potatoes. Additionally, we couldn’t order from the lunch menu at 10:30, but our food didn’t arrive until well after 11. I’m giving one star for the refreshing Diet Coke and another for the breakfast sandwich, minus the burnt bacon.

I had breakfast with a close friend, and everything we ordered was prepared exactly as requested. The service was good and prompt. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated.

Update: We decided to give them another shot. This time, our order was correct, and the service was noticeably quicker than it had been in previous visits. I've added a star back to my rating, and I’ll continue to do so if our experiences improve.

Significantly better than in previous years. They have a full bar, fantastic views, and a lovely staff! The food is excellent!

On the day of the party, the food was fantastic, the champagne was pleasant, and overall, it turned out to be a great event. If you’re planning a large gathering in the summer, I recommend using the patio area. It was extremely hot out there, and with the high ceilings indoors, it was tough to regulate the temperature. Anson, the food and beverage manager, was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the process.
