Penn Station East Coast Subs - Lima

I had a terrible experience with my sub! I paid extra for additional meat and cheese, but they didn't add any, and the overall presentation looked like dog food. I definitely do not recommend ordering online, especially if you're in a rush or heading to work!

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant today. Since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, I hoped the staff would help me with ordering, but I received no assistance. As a result, my food arrived looking quite plain and nothing like the pictures I had seen. They also messed up my order, and when I pointed out the missing items, they argued with me, insisting that if I was claiming something was missing, I should have paid for it already. At least the cookies were good, but overall, I won’t be returning. The high prices definitely don’t match the quality of service I experienced.

Even though you order they don't make until you arrive. Or this manager is just lazy talking on her phone.

The food is excellent, but occasionally the staff seem quite unhappy with their work.

Great food. It tasted good, but my family all got stomach aches because of it. It has happened before, too.I'm not going there in a while!
