This is the best railway Xeo in Southern California! Unlike the traditional Vietnamese version, they incorporate egg into the mix, creating a soft yet slightly crunchy shell that perfectly envelops the turkey, bean sprouts, and onions. It’s served alongside a lovely portion of cucumbers and salad, along with their delicious fish sauce. I highly recommend it!

I've only been here once. But the food was really good and the prices weren't high. It's authentic Cambodian Vietnamese food and I've been looking for a spot like this for a while. The jury is still out as I've only been there once but I'm hoping to visit there a few more times in the next few months. The day I was there, the food was delicious and the staff treat you like family.
