It's hit or miss, the only reason I really go here is because it's within walking distance. Needs a renovation.
The customer service was absolutely terrible! To the woman in all black who didn’t wear a name tag, I’m sorry if you were frustrated that I didn’t engage in an argument with you and instead chose to call KFC’s customer service while I was in the store. Clearly, your complaints were loud enough for them to hear, so your message got across. Well done! KFC really needs to improve their training for employees. If this person worked for me, I would have fired her on the spot. It’s just disappointing.
