The food was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the atmosphere. The staff was also very accommodating!

I had the Spaghetti a la Oreo, which was surprisingly well-prepared for a restaurant of this kind. I was also happy to see that San Pellegrino was offered as a beverage option. However, the meat sauce could have used more depth in flavor; it came off as just "fairly thick." The seafood platter was quite generous, and while it was seasoned strongly, the cooking itself was exceptional. The use of MSG was minimal, which didn't bother me at all. I’m looking forward to visiting this restaurant again when I'm back in Santander.
