Ritz Diner - Philadelphia

If you dine at Eloquently Speaking, be sure to request Carlos as your server. The service is exceptional, and the food is absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the fried flounder platter along with the salad bar, which brought back memories of BookBinders from back in the day. It’s a true throwback for food lovers!

This was my third attempt to dine at this restaurant. On my first two visits, they were already closing. This time, I met a friend for breakfast, and it was really good with generous portions. I had two eggs, pancakes, and sausage, while my friend ordered a western omelet. I did have to send the breakfast links back because they were dry and tough, but the waitress was polite and took them back without any hassle. As you can see from the photo, we left quite a bit behind. I would definitely consider coming back for lunch to see what else they offer.

We enjoyed a delightful dinner at the Ritz Diner, which impressed us with its cleanliness and organization. We ordered the chicken broccoli over penne and a hot open-faced turkey sandwich, accompanied by a cup of matzo ball soup. The portion sizes were quite generous; either dish could have easily served two people. The seasoning was mild, but there was plenty of salt and pepper available on the table. The service was prompt and attentive, allowing us to dine efficiently in just under an hour. The only challenge was parking, as the lot is a bit small.

I had the turkey blt club chicken noodle soup my bff had the turkey melt split pea soup. Everything was fresh delicious.

It was our first time checking out the Ritz diner tonight. I ordered an omelette and some home fries with a side of French toast. I also asked for a bagel with butter. Everything came out hot and the food was delicious. The omelette was ginormous and packed with fresh mushrooms, peppers, ham and cheese. The French toast was puffy, fluffy and had just the right amount of toast/crisp. My wife ordered the fried flounder and said it was delicious and she?d order the same thing
