Baskin-robbins - Poway

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The teenager working at the front had a bad attitude. When my family and I entered, there were a group of teenagers chatting and laughing with the staff, which was very disrespectful. They laughed when I tried to ask a question and one of the teenage boys even made inappropriate jokes. They were blocking the entrance and the counter, making it difficult for customers to get service. The teenage girl working there gave us a dirty look and didn't even greet us. We just wanted to get some ice cream for ourselves and our babies, but we were met with rude behavior. Even as we left, the teenagers outside continued to be rowdy and use offensive language. I am extremely disappointed by the way we were treated and will not be coming back to this particular Baskin Robbins location. Despite loving their ice cream, this experience was a letdown.

I found it intriguing to see the employee giving free large milkshakes to her friends while I waited to pay. The management should review the video from the night of 10/24/23.

Wow. Customer service is in the toilet. Made a special trip to go to the store to order the perfect cake. Went back to pick it up and they got the order completely wrong. Whatever happened to pride in workmanship?

The service at this restaurant was terrible. There were loud teenagers inside, swearing, running around, and blocking the entrance. I wonder who hired these kids and how they were raised to be so disrespectful. This is not a place for playing tricks, just a customer trying to buy a sweet treat.
