Fig Tree Cafe Hillcrest - S San Diego

I have been to the fig tree branch in library station witch is way better! The food at this location sucked! Stale potatoes, no flavor and the customer service they weren't even busy and took forever to get my food. So i would recommend you to go to another location!

We had breakfast that was spot on! I had the California omelet with potatoes and rye bread. Fresh avocado and bacon inside 3 eggs. The cubed potatoes were cooked with rosemary giving it such a fantastic flavor that no ketchup was necessary and butter with preserves spread over the bread was delightful. I highly recommend this place. Oh and the bottomless coffee was delish!

What a great place! I would highly suggest! The best breakfast in town!

1st time visitor great service ordered the California Omelette with Avocado excellent choice had plenty of bacon in it very tasty. Cafe was a little on the smaller side for seating capacity and was plenty busy suggest arriving early if going on a Sunday morning. Will definitely be going back.

Best chai latte in my life and top rate french toast!
