Karl Strauss Brewing Company 4S Ranch

This restaurant has been declining in quality for some time now. The management is terrible. You have to wait in a single line to order any drink, standing behind everyone ordering food.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff made an effort to get to know us better after we returned. It's very family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play outside. The menu offers a wide variety of choices.

Karl Strauss, also known as Building K, is a favorite among everyone at our company. We love holding our team events there to celebrate finishing projects and quarterly milestones.

Bad quality food. Fish and Chips tast like just out of the freezer. Nothing freshly prepared. Burger was burnt. No service. Wait in line to order and carry the beer to the table. This is not what Karl Strauss used to be. Don't go there.

Great food! Atmosphere is quite lively, and there is a wide variety of drinks and beers. Good amount of parking as the restaurant is in the 4S Commons Town Center, but it can get packed after work. I got the Food Truck Burger, and it gets quitemessy after a bit. Might be better to eat it with a knife and fork :P.
