Eating was only moderate. over salted spinach, pasta to creamy, huh sitting in butter. not authentic italian in any way.

A hidden gem in pacific beach! the friendly gentleman behind the counter served the most delicious panini and gelato. the ingredients are high quality and the portions are generous. I tried the pistachiosgelato and panini with pfirsichen and capicola. I loved the unique taste combination. can't wait to make this my regular lunch place?

Delicious lunch and beautiful people here! I tried a panini sandwich that was great, the Italian meats are freshly cut and the Italian so hit the place. pistachio gelato was my favorite part of the meal! if they are in the neighbourhood or go to the beach, this is the place where they should stop for a bite. thanks!

Via adriano is a great addition to the neighboring. the next door full service restaurant is a long time to find for us. we were thrilled when the owner decided to expand to a midday deli. while well, the original menu had too many rich, meat forward sandwiches. they have since revised the menu to make a nice selection of sandwiches with high quality products directly from italia! for anyone who tried the restaurant when it opened, I recommend going back, it will be worth visiting.

I posted the following review in November, removed it at the request of my property manager after Via Adriano finally stopped playing loud music disrupting my sleep. Unfortunately, this was temporary and they have resumed their incredibly inconsiderate behavior. I have recently become aware that the real problem person is their manager Franco, as I have had numerous employees tell me that they would turn the music down but he would just turn it back up when he got in. I have also had several encounters with Franco in which he treated me disrespectfully, and has been extremely patronizing and belligerent. Working in a pandemic and at nights is hard enough without your downstairs “neighbors” refusing to turn their music (which is completely unecessary) down. The past few weeks have been barely tolerable; at the recommendation of my property manager I have been calling downstairs asking them to turn the music down every time I am awoken by it, and while they have generally been responsive to this I should NOT have to call downstairs 3-4/week just to get adequate sleep. After a misunderstanding yesterday (there was a car parked outside playing very loyd music), I received a voicemail from Franco in which he stated that they had “done everything” will be playing their music from now on. I hope that this review can bring some accountability to his unacceptable behavior.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I am a night ICU nurse who lives above this establishment both myself, my realtor, and my apartments owner have spoke with the staff (including managers the owner) many times about keeping the music down during the day to no avail. This is a panini shop, not a club, and it makes no sense to me why they need to have music playing so loudly. One of the staff was extremely rude to me the last time I requested that they turn the music down after being woken up, his reply was that “we know your story” and said that I should “call the police” if I had a problem. I am saddened that they show so little regard for their neighbors, especially a COVID first responder. I have eaten at Enoteca Adriano had a wonderful experience, but the behaviors of the staff at this sister restaurant have left a sour taste in my mouth for the whole operation.
