The Counter Santana Row Priority Seating

Our server barely checked in on us, couldn’t complete basic asks like refilling our drinks, had to ask other servers to get him for us and then we were charged 20% gratuity. I understand why they charge the 20% to make sure everyone on the staff gets something but this was the laziest “service” we’ve ever had at the Counter and we’ve had some pretty bad service here. Two burgers with fries and one soda came out to $80. Unreal. We could have had burgers at LB Steak on the other end of Santana Row for less and it would have come with just as good food and incredible service. We won’t be back.

The vegan burger patty could have been crispier, but the Mexico coffee cocktail was amazing!

This is a great spot to gather outdoors when the weather is nice, thanks to its ample shade.

The dining experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the cost. The chicken wings were bland, and the sauce was lacking flavor. Additionally, the burger was smothered in an excessive amount of blue cheese—far more than necessary.

We asked for substitutions and they could not deliver. the waiter never put us on the rehearsal after the Fist bite. might have had a better experience
