The Bistro St Germain is among the most delectable and satisfactory culinary experiences in Seal beach.
Service here was top notch, our waiter was great and attentive I think if I could dodge the not so great dishes on the menu he alone would bring me back. Sadly the food was not quite there, pasta on Chicken dish was overcooked and veggies were undercooked in other dishes. If they could nail down cooking this place would be a solid 5 stars but overcooked pasta especially on a $25 dish is not ok. If you are looking for a good bottle of wine and some seriously good deserts you should go here.
It was a girl’s night out. great food, excellent service, and lots of fun and laughter!
