The Old Spaghetti Factory (west Edmonton Mall)

I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst I've ever had. It was drenched in dressing—way too much—and it tasted cheap, almost like mayonnaise, which was very unappetizing. The chicken also seemed a bit low quality, not the kind of chicken breast I was expecting. I felt disappointed to pay $20 for it. The salad looked decent in the photo, but it fell short in reality. I even took it home, which turned out to be a mistake. If I'm ever back at West Edmonton Mall, I won't be coming back to this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant with a group of six on a Wednesday evening. At first, they had forgotten our reservation, but they quickly found a way to accommodate us. It’s so nice to dine somewhere with reasonable prices! Instead of spending $100 for two people, we only paid about $140 for six of us, and the food was fantastic. They also took extra care to handle our food allergy, which we really appreciated. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for our next outing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the Fantasyland Hotel after a long 11-hour drive and were quite tired. Our appetites were limited, so we ordered three meals for four adults and two children (ages 7 and 10), along with some sides and drinks. The food was decent, but the service was lacking. Although the servers weren't busy, they didn't check on us for quite some time, leaving us with forks and spoons that had a thick layer of grease on them. They also did not come to clear our table or take away the plates.

Visited from Brantford Ontario, went with my son and his fiance. It's a family tradition if there is a local factory we go. The Toronto location is much more ornate but for being in a mall they have beautiful touches of stained glass, crystal chandeliers and the old style wooden chairs our kids always remember.The food was excellent and they helped me with my dietary restrictions with no problem at all. We were seated in a timely manner, our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had all we needed without having to ask. The servings were perfect sizes.Dietary restrictions: It was no issue choosing items from the menu to put together as a meal for my restrictions. It was greatly appreciated.

Had a nice dinner with my sister and girlfriend, food was phenomenal and the service was even better. Sasha did an amazing job and I hope she finds a huge bonus in the near future. She left us a very nice receipt and was very friendly with all of us.
