Meal Type: Lunch Price Range: $20–30 Food Rating: 5/5 Service Rating: 5/5 Atmosphere Rating: 5/5 I highly recommend trying the Chips and Guacamole – it was absolutely delicious! Overall, the experience was fantastic, with exceptional food, service, and a wonderful atmosphere.

First of all this restaurant requires a surcharge on tipping which to me is disgusting when you could just pay your employees appropriately. Then we walk in and no one greets us, and we had to ask a table of patrons if we are supposed to seat ourselves or not. You look at the menu and literally nothing gives you any indication of spice levels so unless you know your peppers your in limbo. After an hour our food had not come but everyone sat after us had been seated and eating. When we asked where the food was she said we go check an assured us we were next in que with no apology or offering of anything to alleviate the situation. half the table got their food and the other half waited another 5 mins. During the hour of waiting no one offered us more beverages or even really checked on us. I have a feeling this is a great place if your indenting to go to a bar and get wasted and don't care how much you spend or how long everything takes but if your hoping to have a good meal while hanging out in Still water just pick another place. Pure disappointment.

I’m giving five stars solely for our server. Unfortunately, everything that happened before she arrived was quite disappointing. What started as a 30 to 45-minute wait extended to an hour and fifteen minutes. When we walked in after being paged for our table, we had to wait another 5 to 7 minutes for it to actually be ready. To make matters worse, another group was seated at the four-top booth by the window before us, even though they checked in after we did. We ended up at a regular four-top table, and while we received water glasses, we didn’t get any water. We waited another 5 to 7 minutes before our server finally appeared. Once she did, it felt like all those earlier frustrations faded away. She was incredibly friendly, took the time to ask us about our day, and really engaged with us, transforming the entire experience. I wish I had remembered her name because we were so grateful for her outstanding service.

If you're not a fan of cilantro, you might struggle to find many options here, as most dishes come pre-prepared with it mixed in, making it difficult to request no cilantro. On the bright side, they do have a nice selection of mocktails. Unfortunately, our server was unfriendly and seemed unfamiliar with the menu. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner

Lolo family restaurants are the Best. However, Lolito needs to work on the menu including more main choices. LOLO and the Proper are fantastic and I’m sure Lolito can get there.
