Dairy Queen Grill Chill

They forgot to include half of our order and then charged us again for it. The soda was also completely flat.

The worst Dairy Queen in the HRM. I visited multiple times over several months, and each visit resulted in consistent mistakes with my orders, poor quality, and lacking customer service.

The staff were very friendly and genuinely concerned about ensuring a great customer experience. We tried the blizzards, and they were excellent!

The service was excellent, and the food was very good. I particularly enjoyed the quality of the ice cream.

We have never dined in but the food is always on point, fresh and fast friendly drama free service. Just as it should be! We haven't dined in here but we have gone in to pick up/ order cakes. Dairy Queen is great and their blizzards maybe a little pricey but you get your ingredients worth
