Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed a mobile order 45 minutes ago (11:55 PM, restaurant open until 1:00 AM). I sat in the drivethru line for over 10 minutes only to find out they are closed due to a meat shortage. Look things happen... but why allow me to place the order if they can't fulfill it? The Wendys app processed the order so now I have to contact support just to get a refund. Why are all the drivethru lights on if they are closed? Why not put up a sign or two informing us so we don't have to wait? I get that things happen and they have to close early, but it's lame to take my money and make me pointlessly wait for several minutes. There has to be a better solution than that. Thank you for your consideration.
Well to start off I’ve waited in the drive tru for 30 minutes before they even decided to take my order and the guy who took my order was honestly rude and messed my order up
They got mad at me for picking up my pickup order. They said I had to tell them and they would get it.I was missing my frosty. And they were out but the app didn’t say that.They forgot my tomato on my burger.I saw five people get their food while I was there and 3 were missing items. Mostly nuggets.Also since when is one burger more than $8?!?!?
We had a Doordash order for this Wendy's and it was really bad. We were missing items, and they didn't even give us straws, sauces, or napkins with the order. Food was cold
Have been there a few times. Food is always cold. Staff don't care
