Good location with huge number of apartments in the area. Just opened this new location. I enjoy the simple ambience, nice variety. Will have a more detailed review once I have more items and staff gets trained.

We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant for the first time, but we won't be returning. I ordered a salad for $9.00, and it was smaller than a typical side salad anywhere else. There were only two small pieces of chicken, and one of them was incredibly tough. I actually had to spit it out because it was so hard—no exaggeration. It's disheartening that we were excited about a new place opening, only to be let down by our experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service needs significant improvement. I placed a curbside order and was notified that it was ready. However, when I arrived, I had to go inside and was told to wait an additional 20 minutes or more. To make matters worse, I wasn't even greeted upon entering. I noticed some employees in uniform socializing with their friends at the tables, and then they returned to work without washing their hands. The cleanliness of the place was also an issue; the counter was messy, with spilled smoothies everywhere, and it seemed like no one cared about it. I won’t be coming back.

The prices at this restaurant are quite reasonable, and the few menu items I've sampled have been very enjoyable. The only downside I've noticed is that they didn't have the complete selection of the supplemental add-ins for the smoothies that were advertised. However, considering the national supply shortages and the fact that the store has only been open for a few weeks, this is understandable. The regular menu items are customizable, and I appreciated that my order was labeled. It's a blessing since many places nearby don't label their food, leaving you to sift through the bag to find the right item. Thanks to the friendly staff at Tropical Smoothie Café, I will definitely be returning.

The sides were a total fail. The kale Apple salad came in a 4 oz container with no lid and was only half full plus the side of sweet potatoes seemed like they were rotting. The wrap was good but smaller than at other Tropical Smoothie Cafes. Felt like they're skimping a little much. ????
